Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on UtopiaHub are digital goods delivered instantly or via email upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product key or license has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery — You did not receive the purchased product after a reasonable waiting period.
  • Duplicate Purchase — You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Product Not as Described — The delivered product significantly differs from the description on our store page.
  • Technical Issues — A product is completely non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • Product key or license has already been redeemed or used.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension.
  • Third-party software or service outages beyond our control.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — this may result in a permanent ban.

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Contact Support — Open a ticket in our Discord server with your order details.
  2. Provide Proof — Include your order ID, email address used for purchase, payment method, and a description of the issue.
  3. Review Period — Our team will review your request within 24–72 hours.
  4. Resolution — If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of this policy. Users who initiate chargebacks without prior communication may be permanently banned from all UtopiaHub services and products. We reserve the right to dispute any unwarranted chargebacks with the payment provider.

6. Replacements

In cases where a product is defective or non-functional, we may offer a replacement instead of a monetary refund at our discretion. Replacements are subject to product availability.
